DAMAGED ITEMSWe do our best to ensure that our products are packed well to prevent any damages. When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. It is normal for the outer carton to show some wear and tear. However, accidents happen and an order can sometimes arrive damaged. In the rare instance that your order breaks in shipment and arrives damaged, immediately take a picture of the product inside of the box. Please contact email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item, with your Order # and a photo of the damaged item, so we can send a replacement right away.
In the rare scenario that you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving the item, with the order number and a photo of the incorrect item, and we will help resolve the issue.
